By using Saflio software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License

Saflio software is provided for personal and commercial use. You may install, run, and modify the software for your own purposes. Redistribution or resale of the software as-is requires prior written consent.

3. Service Description

Saflio provides hosted financial applications — Point of Sale, Budgeting, and Invoicing — as a subscription service. Your data is stored on Saflio's infrastructure and is available to you through your account. Account and data deletion options are described in our Privacy Policy.

4. No Warranty

Saflio software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The authors make no guarantees about reliability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the authors be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the data you store and process using Saflio software. Maintain regular backups and implement appropriate security measures for your deployment.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
