Saflio speaks four languages — and your customers can receive their documents in theirs.
Available languages
Saflio is available in four languages:
- English
- Tagalog
- Bisaya (Cebuano)
- Spanish (Español)
Switching language
- Use the language selector in the site navigation — it applies across the marketing site and the Help Center.
- In the portal (your account area), change it any time under Preferences → Language.
- Your choice is saved on the device, so the site remembers it on your next visit.
What gets translated
Saflio translates its own interface — menus, buttons, labels, help pages, and the built-in wording on documents and receipts. Text you type yourself is never machine-translated: your product names, line items, notes, and contract clauses stay exactly as you wrote them.
Receipts
Thermal receipts print in English, Tagalog, Spanish, or Bisaya — the printer follows the register's language. Spanish receipts are intentionally printed without accents, because thermal printers cannot render those characters reliably.
Customer document language
Collect emails invoices, estimates, statements, and contracts as PDFs in each customer's own language. See the Document language topic in the Collect Help Center for how the language is chosen.
