It started with a spreadsheet

A personal budgeting spreadsheet that actually worked. I built it to track my own day-to-day — income, expenses, savings goals, the usual stuff. Nothing fancy, just something that made sense to me.

Then people started asking if they could use it too. Friends, family, small business owners I knew. They saw what it did and wanted the same thing for themselves. That's when it clicked.

Not everyone has an accountant. Not every business can afford expensive enterprise POS systems with multi-year contracts and per-transaction fees. The options were either too complicated, too expensive, or too hungry for user data. There was nothing in between.

Saflio is building the finance stack that everyday people and businesses deserve. No complexity, no hidden fees, no middlemen taking a cut of every transaction. Just tools that handle your money the way you would if you had the time to build them yourself.

It started with a point of sale system for independent businesses. Now it's Point of Sale, Budgeting, and Invoicing — with more on the way. Each product is independent, but they're designed to work together. Modular, flat-rate pricing with no per-transaction fees.
