Adding bills

Insurance (Home · Auto · Life)
- Add each policy under Insurance — Home, Auto, or Life
- Enter the premium and its billing cycle: Monthly, Every 6 Months, or Every 12 Months
- Flow breaks it down to the monthly equivalent (premium ÷ cycle) so your dashboard and obligations always see the true monthly cost
- Tip: bundling home + auto with one insurer usually earns a multi-policy discount — check yours at renewal
Paying bills
- Each debt row shows a Total column — the minimum payment plus any extra you plan to pay
- Mark Paid books that Total in one click — no amount prompt. Made a mistake? ↩ undoes it
Paid and auto-advance
- Marking a bill Paid records the payment and moves the due date to its next occurrence automatically
- The bill keeps its original day — a bill due on the 31st clamps to Feb 28/29 for that month only, then returns to the 31st
💡 Bills show up on the dashboard as obligations, so your safe-to-spend already accounts for them.
